Ask the franchisor before signing
- How many branches are open now, how many have closed, and why?
- What is the real total cost to open, including working capital?
- What are the royalty and marketing fees, and how are they calculated?
- What are average branch sales and the actual payback period?
- What training and support do you give before and after opening?
- Is there an exclusive territory, and what are its limits?
