Nature of services

FranchiseME is a franchise consulting and brand development company. It provides paid advisory services under separate quotes and agreements, and a platform showing franchise opportunities offered by franchisors.

Listed franchise opportunities

• Opportunity data is provided by franchisors and reviewed by FranchiseME where possible; it is not a guarantee of any opportunity’s performance.
• The “Verified” badge means FranchiseME checked the items it lists as of the verification date only.
• Listing an opportunity is not an investment recommendation. We advise reviewing the disclosure document and consulting an adviser before signing.

Tools and calculators

Calculators, quizzes, readiness reports and scenarios are educational estimates and do not replace a feasibility study or specialist advice.

Brand listing

• The brand owner is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for owning the rights to the brand and images.
• FranchiseME may review, edit, reject or suspend any listing request.
• Listing is free for FranchiseME package clients for the term of their contract.
• Launch offer: free listing for 6 months for new brands that are not package clients; the brand owner will be told about any fees after the offer ends, before they apply.

Bookings and consultations

The first consultation is free unless stated otherwise. Appointments are confirmed by our team and can be changed or cancelled with prior notice.

Intellectual property

All website content, reports, designs and logos belong to or are licensed to FranchiseME, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, FranchiseME is not liable for any investment decision based solely on website content, or for any interruption or technical error beyond its control.

The website may link to other sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
