Co-FranchiseBigger opportunities. Shared investment. Professional operation.

A project company owned by several qualified partners, contracting directly with the franchisor and run by a professional operator, instead of one investor bearing the full cost.

Principles we don’t compromise on.

FranchiseME’s role is to develop the opportunity and organise the partnership, not to collect money.

  • FranchiseME doesn’t receive partners’ capital contributions.
  • It doesn’t hold project funds or manage partners’ accounts.
  • An independent company per project, with partners owning their shares directly.
  • The franchise agreement is in the project company’s name, not FranchiseME’s.
  • FranchiseME is paid for its services under separate, disclosed contracts.
  • No guarantee of project profits or capital return.
  • Every partner is qualified and verified before joining.
  • No opportunity launches before the licences and regulatory approvals are in place.

Five parties, each with a clear role.

01

FranchiseME

It selects the opportunity, negotiates with the franchisor, prepares the feasibility study, qualifies partners and coordinates formation.

02

Franchisor

It provides the disclosure document and franchise terms, and approves the new company’s ownership structure.

03

Partner investors

Qualified individuals or companies contributing to the project company according to the agreed shares.

04

Project company

A limited liability company owned by the partners; it signs the franchise agreement and owns its accounts and assets.

05

Operating company

It runs daily operations under a clear contract: an independent operator from the market, or FranchiseME’s operations arm.

Example: a Riyadh café costing 1.2 million.

Instead of looking for one investor with the full amount, a company of several qualified partners is formed. Move the number of partners to see the ownership split.

    • Performance monitoring and operating reports

The project company keeps the powers set out in its agreements.

    • After opening: daily operations, costs, quality and inventory
    • Periodic reports and improvement plans

Contractually and financially independent. We disclose the relationship and any conflict of interest to partners, and the decision is theirs under the governance mechanism.

    What if…?

Exceptional scenarios and how each is handled.

    Not enough partners?

We extend the search with the parties’ approval, adjust the partnership structure, postpone the project, or close the opportunity. Registering interest isn’t a commitment to buy a share.

An investor withdraws before the final agreement?

The request is closed and qualified candidates from the waiting list are invited. Only valid obligations they agreed to, such as confidentiality, remain.

A partner withdraws after a binding commitment?

The agreement’s terms and the reasons for withdrawal are reviewed, then the remedy, notice, partner replacement or due compensation applies if its conditions are met; no fixed penalty is assumed just for withdrawing.

The franchisor rejects one of the partners?

The partner group is re-formed or the structure adjusted, with the parties’ approval and without prejudice to their rights.

    Project cost rises?

The change is put to the partners under the approval procedures in their agreements; no one has to increase their contribution automatically.

    Partners disagree after opening?

The partners’ agreement governs management, voting, share sales and dispute resolution; a disagreement doesn’t stop salaries, suppliers or daily operations.

The project struggles or makes losses?

Management presents reports and recommendations, and decisions follow the law and contracts. FranchiseME doesn’t compensate normal business losses unless a legal or contractual obligation arises from its own act.
